December 2024 Presentation
Sarah Yeates from Caladenia Dementia Care introduces the work being done on the Non-clinical guide to person driven care for people living with dementia. This guide will be available to case manager, Support Co-ordinators and community based staff looking to guide and support people after a diagnosis of dementia.
January 2025 Presentation
The DREAM Project is a Community of Practice where respite workers can engage in learning and community activities such as blogs, resources and discussions. Funded by the University of Tasmania and the Wiking Foundation - Chantal walks us through the successes and challenges.
April 2025
Naomi Moylan - Dementia Services Specialist with The Brightwater Group in Perth, WA talks about the innovative suite of services that have been developed for and with people living with Young Onset Dementia. Services include Allied Health and a Supported Independent Living House, all developed on a rehabilitative model of care and support.
